CEO + Founder
Elnora Cox is a collaborative leader who takes a systematic approach to helping clients manage and simplify business processes to increase profits. Her experience includes the creation and documentation of operating procedures being implemented by organizational teams.
For the past 35 years Elnora has worked in various management roles, supporting teams and leadership’s, providing the necessary training and oversight to ensure all performance metrics are maintained or exceeded. As a Leader, her ability to support the administrative needs of cross-functional teams has been instrumental in identifying areas requiring process improvements to increasing efficiency throughout the organization.

Elnora is able to leverage her project management skills and abilities to support Real Estate professionals as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, her collaborative leadership allows her to serve as a liaison between Real Estate professionals and their clients as they navigate the transaction process. Elnora’s meticulous attention to detail, coupled with the ability to develop more efficient operating procedures, allows Real Estate professionals to dedicate more time to serving their clients.
